Use this workflow to collect human translation feedback without giving reviewers full project access.
What This Feature Does
With share links, you can:
- Generate a secure review link for a project.
- Let reviewers submit feedback per string.
- Review all submissions in a queue.
- Accept or reject feedback in bulk or one-by-one.
Create a Share Link
- Open your project and go to Reviews.
- Select Create Share Link.
- Copy the generated link and send it to reviewers.
A project must be fully set up before you can create review links.
Reviewer Flow (No Product Login Required)
When a reviewer opens the link, they:
- Enter a name.
- Optionally add an email.
- Choose a language to review.
- Open strings and mark each as Correct or Incorrect.
- Optionally provide suggested text and context for incorrect strings.
Each reviewer can submit feedback once per string.
Review Queue for Your Team
Project members with access can review submissions in the queue and filter by:
- Status
- File
- Language
- Reviewer
Available actions:
- Accept one item
- Reject one item
- Accept Filtered (bulk action)
- Accept All Pending (bulk action)
What Happens When You Accept Feedback
Accept behavior depends on the reviewer verdict:
- Correct: the string is confirmed as translated.
- Incorrect + suggestion: the suggested text is applied.
- Incorrect without suggestion: the string is marked for follow-up review.
Link Lifecycle and Safety
- Active links can be revoked at any time.
- Revoked links stop new review sessions.
- To delete a link, revoke it first.
- Deleting a link also removes feedback collected through that link.
Access and Plan Requirements
Share-link feedback is available on premium team plans.
If your team does not have access, a team admin can upgrade to enable the workflow.
Feedback Digests
Your team can receive periodic digest emails summarizing new pending incorrect feedback so nothing gets missed.
